…for a while there, I thought I was going nuts!
First of all, thanks for your patience. I launched my new blog (here) overnite with great hopes, and a few mentions around town.
To achieve my dreams, I had to make some adjustments with my domain service (GoDaddy) overnite to make sure my previous blog address (blog.courvo.com) pointed to my new blog (www.courvo.biz).
All the machinations spectacularly failed…. and many of you may have logged on to my new page today with high expectations only to find a VERY plain-jane page….not at all what I labored over the last couple of weeks.
I noticed first thing this morning….Peter O’Connell (God bless ‘im) noticed too, and called me in the middle of my panic.
I’ve made some new adjustments, and as you can see, I have my new blog page back, but I’m still not able to redirect automatically from my previous blog page….workin’ on that. (editor’s note: now fixed 8:20p PST)
In the process, I’m learning a whole heckuva lot about domain mappping, nameservers, forwarding, CNAMEs, secureservers, forwarding, and gosh-knows-what.
I’m also finding out that GoDaddy support is the absolute best in the business…and they don’t autsource to India (not that that’s a bad thing, necessarily).
So, please, fire off your questions to me about GoDaddy domain or hosting support. Hit me with conundrums about TypePad domain mapping… I can guide you through the minefield from personal experience.
For me, I’m just happy to be getting back to some meaningful blogs on the subject of Voice-Acting, which is what this is all about in the first place.
Which bring me back to your patience with the process, and my gratefulness for your visits here.

Your years of “under fire” news broadcasting served you well cause if you were in a panic when I called you, I couldn’t tell.
Smooth as ever. Gliding above the water and paddling like hell under the water :)
Best always,
- Peter
Please, keep up the excellent work and continue to post topics like this. I am old fan of your blog.
